Organisation & Networks Module

Product owners can create networks with participants in their insurance value chain, from reinsurer to distribution channels, such as payment services providers or point of sale person networks. They can invite participants to their network and offer their products to other networks on the Briisk ITP.

Product Builder

The flexible Product Builder allows simple and rapid configuration of any insurance product from any insurer. You can configure your existing insurance products or any innovative new insurance product without having to spend vast budgets on software development.

Pre-configured Insurance Products

On the Briisk ITP, we make pre-configured, generalised insurance products available. Currently, there are 20+ medical, short- and long-term insurance products ready to use. Briisk’s rating and rules engine can tweak these products to your specific requirements.  

MVP-Lab

Briisk acts as aggregator, bringing together insurers and distribution channels to offer innovative products to end consumers at speed. Our intuitive configurable platform enables the simple configuration of a variety of products and allows experimentation through rapid iterative MVP product versions to take the guess work out of what products customers really need.

Underwriting Module

The Briisk ITP allows for policy creation, policy wording upload, premium determination and policy benefits upload. The following underwriting steps are supported:
quote & buy; quote, advice & buy;
quote, underwrite & buy; and quote, advice, underwrite and buy. Briisk integrates with Zendesk and any other customer service software and your broker and customer service call centres.

Customer Communications Module

The Briisk ITP provides email, bulk SMS and WhatsApp notification services to ensure that the end customer is kept informed, with all regulatory notification requirements complied with, as and when required. Full CMS functionality allows for branded email templates.

Collections Module

The Briisk ITP provides for single and on-demand premium collection with various payment methods and integration with any payment services provider of your choice. Recurring premium collection is on the roadmap for the Briisk ITP V2.1 release.

Policy Administration Module

You can view quoted and created policies. Policy amendments and renewals are on the roadmap for the Briisk ITP V2.1 release.

Reporting Module

The Briisk ITP provides Bordereaux reporting (BDX) standard management reporting and dashboards.

Integrations and Interfaces Module

We will integrate with your core system via API or via SMTP. The Briisk platform is fully API-enabled, allowing for integration of third party systems to provide additional functionality in the insurance value chain. We will integrate with your complex rating and rules engines or your CRM systems. Additionally, we can provide dedicated engineers to assist your team with integration.

Claims Module

The Briisk ITP provides First Notification of Loss (FNOL). A pre-configured work-flow for a simple claims process is planned for the Briisk ITP V2.2 release.

Credit Module

The credit module offers a
pre-configured workflow with affordability testing and built in algorithms. The workflow includes full loan issuance and loan management using the Compuloan loan management software, customer-payment agreement and the payment which is made to the merchant directly.

Programmatic Access

The Briisk ITP insurance software is fully API enabled. This means that we give you access our code through a surface layer that permits the use of the unique functionality of the Briisk ITP. The functionality is segregated into a series of independent services. All functionality is exposed through a common set of REST APIs that are used by Briisk applications like white labels, mobile apps and insurance administration portals.

You can provide your C# product ratings, rules and validation code directly into the Briisk ITP. Run tests in the platform to experiment with various pricing scenarios before making your product publicly available.
